Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipping
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets
- Document inventory movements and discrepancies in digital logs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Blvd location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Attention to detail with 95%+ accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
