Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory through scanning systems and cycle counting protocols
- Optimize order fulfillment in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and Amazon safety regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ years warehouse/logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
