Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials and products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; document discrepancies
- Maintain organized storage areas and inventory tracking systems
- Prepare outbound shipments for timely delivery following company protocols
- Adhere to strict safety standards and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends if needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
