Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to safety protocols
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support facility safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating PIT equipment)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
