Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory through scanning systems and cycle counts
- Pick/pack orders with 99% accuracy for shipment
- Maintain OSHA compliance in warehouse operations
- Operate material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- No background check required - all applicants considered
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Way facility
