Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) to move inventory efficiently
- Process and pack orders with precision to meet Amazon's quality standards
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Optimize workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and Amazon safety protocols in all operations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
