Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
- Conduct regular operational audits and process improvements
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in logistics/operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
