Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in 50,000+ sq ft warehouse
- Execute inventory control procedures using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of trailers
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and enforce safety protocols
- Train new operators on equipment usage and safety standards
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current driver's license
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and DOT guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
