Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract trailers and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Verify product accuracy against manifests and maintain precise inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment (including reach trucks and order pickers) with OSHA-compliant efficiency
- Optimize loading procedures to maximize space utilization and minimize transit damage
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain 5S compliance throughout work areas and assist in cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience with forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to zero-incident safety standards
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean MVR record
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (10-45°F)
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
