Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff to ensure high morale and productivity.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages and optimize storage space.
- Coordinate with transportation partners to ensure timely loading, unloading, and shipping of goods.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy and operational procedures.
- Address and resolve operational issues immediately to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading and supervising teams effectively.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate various warehouse machinery.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
