Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against purchase orders, conducting thorough quality checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including stand-up forklifts and reach trucks.
- Package and label products accurately to ensure seamless distribution to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
