Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Sort, organize, and place merchandise on pallets or shelves according to established organizational systems.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Package and label products for shipment, ensuring all shipping labels are accurate.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
