Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily performance goals and operational targets.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper inventory handling and organization.
- Perform routine inventory checks and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
