Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Verify incoming inventory for damages, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of all outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours/day).
- Basic math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification (preferred).
