Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify product quantities and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Inspect goods for defects and report damaged stock immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners or computers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
