Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure it is in proper working order.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Documentation: Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
