Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Optimize warehouse workflows through efficient slotting and inventory rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) with safety precision
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse picking or fulfillment environments
- OSHA certification for material handling equipment operation
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
