Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize picking routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily targets
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) for real-time order tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse picking experience in fast-paced environments
- Valid forklift certification and powered equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail with error rates below 0.5%
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Basic math and inventory management skills
