Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to maintain 99.5% accuracy rates
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume warehouse environments
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and WMS platforms
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
