Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic order sequencing and route planning
- Maintain precise inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume warehouse experience
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- OSHA-certified forklift operation (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy standards
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying temperature conditions
