Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or order picking experience
- Valid forklift certification and material handling equipment proficiency
- Proven ability to meet performance metrics in high-volume environments
- Strong attention to detail and error-free order accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology
