Responsibilities
- Pick and pack high-value inventory with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Optimize picking routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily productivity targets
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain real-time inventory counts in our WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience with high-value inventory handling
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with RF scanning devices and warehouse technology
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
