Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Optimize picking routes for maximum efficiency
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized and safety-compliant work zones
- Collaborate with inventory control teams
- Train new pickers on warehouse systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/picking experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
