Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Optimize warehouse routes to meet daily productivity targets of 100+ orders per shift
- Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and real-time updates
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely (certification required)
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Train new hires on warehouse systems and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume warehouse picking experience
- Forklift certification and RF scanner proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred: WMS system experience (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
