Responsibilities
- Execute high-accuracy order picking using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Optimize warehouse productivity through strategic inventory placement and cycle counting
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including forklifts and order pickers
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume warehouse picking experience
- Valid PIT certification with proven equipment operation expertise
- Proficiency with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with error rate <0.5%
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
