Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement and optimize safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and zero-accident record
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless transportation and inventory accuracy
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and operational analytics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular audits and maintain comprehensive documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Experience with lean methodologies and process optimization
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and coordinate hybrid workflows
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
