Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a strong plus but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting items accurately.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
