Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic order sequencing and slotting
- Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Operate electric pallet jacks and powered industrial equipment safely
- Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols for material handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment issues and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
