Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize picking routes and efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety protocols in a temperature-controlled environment
- Participate in cross-functional teams for special projects and process improvements
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner operation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends during peak seasons
