Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to meet daily targets
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with team leads to improve warehouse efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/picking experience required
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent
