Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack high-volume orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and system updates
- Optimize workflow for order accuracy and timely shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment challenges
- Adhere to 5S standards for workplace organization and efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse picking or fulfillment roles
- OSHA-certified forklift operation preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy
