Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory integrity
- Optimize workflow efficiency through lean methodology practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Train on new warehouse management systems (WMS)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/picking experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
