Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using provided equipment
- Operate warehouse scanners and RF technology for inventory tracking
- Maintain organized and efficient workstations per safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily with provided support equipment
- Basic math skills for order verification
- Reliable transportation to our Riverside facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
