Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing freight from delivery trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize inventory on shelves or racks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and conduct daily equipment inspections.
- Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Vision: Good vision (with or without correction) to operate machinery safely.
- Reliability: Punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.
