The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet delivery targets.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Safety First: Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic Skills: Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attitude: A proactive mindset focused on safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
