Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely and efficiently unload delivery trucks and transfer products to the warehouse storage area.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items according to customer orders and prepare them for shipment using packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in compliance with safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods during the night shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work 3rd shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and preparing orders.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
