Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy.
- Package, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track order progress.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and labeling.
- Flexibility to work nights (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
