As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Valid Forklift Certification and material handling equipment license.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and basic computer skills.
