Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily delivery deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols, GHS standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for scanning and reporting.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
