Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect machinery and tools daily to ensure they are in safe, working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and using warehouse management software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check (depending on clearance level).
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
