Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the cold storage facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy to ensure inventory integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product storage conditions to prevent spoilage and ensure safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and warehouse organization.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily priorities and issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly in a cold environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage setting is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 40°F.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
