Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, palletize, and stage products according to warehouse layout and orders.
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature settings in all storage zones.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect goods for damage or spoilage before storing.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (freezer and cooler).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and ticketing.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
