Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse/dock settings
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using FIFO protocols
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Assist in warehouse reorganization and seasonal peak operations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend shifts
