Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any maintenance needs.
- Organize inventory and stock racks accurately to maintain optimal warehouse flow and prevent backlogs.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (required or willing to obtain training).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Current valid driver's license and clean driving record.
