Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately to meet daily KPIs.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and inventory status.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license (optional depending on driving duties).
