Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe, efficient manner
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in warehouse storage areas
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Participate in ongoing safety and operational training
Qualifications
- No experience required - training provided!
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to worksite
