Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring all cargo is handled with care.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare, pack, and ship products efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing inventory.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills for following safety protocols and checklists.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential!
