Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select products from shelves based on pick tickets and digital orders.
- Accurately pack, weigh, and label items for shipment to customers.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to verify inventory and update system records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
