Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards and protocols
- Inspect and report damaged goods or equipment to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare shipments for distribution by packaging and labeling products
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
