Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring of -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments
- Inspect, sort, and package frozen/dry goods with quality control protocols
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety standards for cold storage operations
- Coordinate inventory management using WMS systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient logistics
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 35°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly with proper techniques
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
